This DNA testing startup reinvented genetic diagnostics in its first few years in business. But they eventually experienced a lull as their less nimble competitors began to catch up and flood the market with choice. A complicated landscape had left them tongue-tied. Internally, they possessed a strong and compelling missionary zeal. But they weren’t telegraphing their sense of purpose clearly to the outside world. So, they invited us in to help them up-level their messaging in a way that would connect their very earnest mission with that of the medical community they were selling to.
